Other House Rules
– [ 1] No parties or events and any illegal activities.
– [ 2] No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted on the premises.
– [ 3] No Smoking inside the apartment/Villa
– [ 4] No fires on the deck.
– [ 5] No CANDLES and incense of any kind in our home
– [ 6] No Drugs & Injunction or anything related
– [ 7] Quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.
– [ 8] Remove the food garbage always – to avoid ants visit in the apartment.
– [ 9] Children must be always accompanied by an adult.
– [10] No throwing toilet paper & wet tissue in the WC
– [11] No Service animal allowed – this is Thai law (we may involve the local authority and make you leave the property without refund)

* Smoking indoors: THB 10,000 fine by Management
* Any disrespectful or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
* Imp: Key lost charge will be THB 1000 per key card lost
