Overall the house was lovely, electricity fee was not too bad and the pool was great to swim in with a good depth and temperature. Our only issue was the small bin in the kitchen, as we were getting a lot of deliveries of food and 7 eleven visits, the bin was overflowing on day one and we had to use plastic bags which became a little messy, however this was not a big problem. This is my second day at the hotel, I don’t recommend at all. Impossible this is a 5 star hotel, no amenities in the room and you have to request everything through the application and some of the requests you have to wait for more than day to get it! I don’t understand why we have to wait for iron almost one day and still we didn’t get. Our booking includes the breakfast and trust me this is not a 5 star service, very limited variety. We request water and they said the restaurant is closed and we can’t provide!!.The rooms are good but the service is not.

Great stay. Location is great for whom like to experience local vibe. Surroundings are very local and less turistic than other side of the Phuket. Lots of shops around in walking distance and you cannot go wrong with restaurant menu, just select what you like and you get great dish.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. 😊 Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, die Lage war super und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight waren für uns die Pools. Es gibt einen tollen Pool auf dem Dach und zusätzlich hatten wir einen eigenen Pool direkt an unserem Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt für uns noch einmal besonders gemacht hat. 🏝️ Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl ist wirklich groß und abwechslungsreich und die Frühstückszeiten sind auch für Langschläfer super. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom großen Trubel und eher in Richtung Hafen. Wer es im Urlaub gerne etwas ruhiger mag, ist hier also gut aufgehoben. Es gibt zwar einen Strand in der Nähe, dieser ist allerdings nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet. Das Hotel bietet dafür einen Shuttle zu einem anderen Strand an. Diesen Service haben wir selbst allerdings nicht genutzt und können ihn daher nicht weiter beurteilen. Wer mit dem Auto oder dem Roller unterwegs ist, erreicht alles dennoch problemlos. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

It was a great place to stay in Phuket. The apartment was at excellent location facing the beach. Great access to all the activities and seaside sports sites. We could do relaxing beach walk at sunset just by crossing the road. The apartment was clean and rooms are spacious. Also included access to park our rental car. Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie für drei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. ❤️Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Egal, ob wir eine Frage hatten oder ein kleines Problem aufgetreten ist – es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert und schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass ihnen wichtig ist, dass es uns an nichts fehlt.Die Villa war sehr schön, gepflegt und vor allem immer sauber. Wir konnten die drei Wochen als Familie richtig genießen und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit.Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass ihr euch so gut um uns gekümmert habt!
