Great location, peaceful and clean. Photos match the property. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the nearby trees. Walked to a couple of beaches and plenty of local food nearby. Although Rawai is a busy place it was a very quiet apartment. Very relaxing. Good communication and there was a small issue that was quickly resolved. I really enjoyed my stay here! In general the apartment complex “The title 3” has many nice apartments and this is one of them even though you’re looking outside towards parking and other apartments and not inside on the pool it’s still a great place to stay at and very responsive hosts. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at this Title apartment.I worked from home in the evenings, excellent wifi connection, constantly over 50mbps speed.  Excellent aircon in both lounge and bedroom. Very comfortable bedding and a large king mattress.Modern kitchen and bedroom facilities, plenty of kitchen equipment.Very quiet apartments, relaxed and respectful residents.Pool is perfect in shade and sun, very clean , and well maintained grounds.Next to the sea for sunrise, and quick and easy to get to swimmable beaches via Grab or Bolt taxis. My wife and I loved our almost 3 week stay at this condo. It's located right in the middle of the road that runs along Rawai beach. There's a ton of good restaurants and cafes around and the beach is right across the property gate. The host was very cooperative and responsive with very clear instructions. The place was exactly like the photos in the listing as well. A special thanks to Prasanna for taking such good care during our stay. This is an excellent apartment! All sorts of shelves, hooks, tables and chairs to function as if you were home. Nice big garbage pail in the kitchen, comfortable bed, rugs, big rack to dry clothes and detergent! Easy walking to many grocery stores, restaurants, massage shops, and seafood markets with the ocean on the other side of the street. Treed walking along the beach/ ocean side and a pier. Apartment is nice and colorful with nice office desk and chair too. Wonderful having large windows in both the bedroom and living area. Two aircon which came in handy. View is to apartments across the way and mountain in far distance. I really liked staying here as it was comfortable with a separate bedroom, functional in every way, nice pool, and easy to walk to most anything. Also has tons of boat service people on the main road for going to the islands. Host was quick to deal with an issue that arose and accommodated our needed check out time. Great stay!
