☛ Electricity – 8 Baht Per Unit ( If you turn the air conditioner off only when you sleep at night, it should be around THB 40 to 70 per day).
☛ Water Fee – 500 baht/Month

Other House Rules
– [ 1] No parties or events and any illegal activities.
– [ 1A] No parties & Lound music after 10 pm, we will ask you to leave if not follow – no refund.
– [ 2] No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted on the premises.
– [ 3] No Smoking inside the apartment/Villa
– [ 4] No fires on the deck.
– [ 5] No CANDLES and incense of any kind in our home
– [ 6] No Drugs & Injunction or anything related
– [ 7] Quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.
– [ 8] Remove the food garbage always – to avoid ants visit in the apartment.
– [ 9] Children must be always accompanied by an adult.

PETS Policy: (Keep you and your neighbor safe)
☛ Small Pets allowed – Under 10 kg only
☛ Big Dogs are not allowed because we dont have garden space. In case you bring them – we will refuse to enter inside (no refund for booking)
☛ Ensure to add your pet to the guest list – otherwise not allowed inside
☛ If you are bringing service animals, as per Thai law, you must show a certificate – otherwise not allowed inside
☛ However, we inform you that ANY DIRT or DAMAGE that can be attributed to your pet (in your room) will be billed to you.
☛ If it is disturbing our neighbor, we will discuss it with you.
☛ In case it is not controllable – we might ask you final steps of leaving the property – non-refundable.
☛ On Checkout – If we find a room with a pet smell or is dirty – we will charge an extra 899 baht for the cleaning fee
☛ Please follow the Dog and cat waste method – We will send it once the booking is completed
☛ Pets are not allowed to stay on the human bed

* Smoking indoors: THB 10,000 fine by Management
* Any disrespectful or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
* Imp: Key lost charge will be THB 1000 per key card lost

****** Engaging in any violations will lead to the imposition of a fee, which will be collected after consultation with the Airbnb team. In cases involving substances like weed or drugs, we will directly engage the local authorities, potentially resulting in deportation from Thailand. Guests will also be instructed to vacate the premises, without the possibility of receiving a refund. ******
